How to Order
To place an order please email wholesale@haddensharapov.com with the following information.
- Your Name
- Store Name
- Location(s) - full address used for shipping
- Phone
- Seller‘s Permit
- Item Names and quantity of the products you wish to order.
MOQ is 3 pieces. Does not have to be three of the same style.
Please note: Orders arrive ready to hang, or place. Works are delicate. Handle with care.
Online Ordering
You can order online by reaching out via email. After you have supplied some basic information about your store, and the products you would like to order, we will send an invoice to the email you provided.
Minimums
MOQ is 3 pieces. Does not have to be three pieces of the same style.
Lead Time
Lead time depends on the product. Ready-made items ship within 5 business days of payment. Pre-orders or custom/commissioned work may take 3-4 weeks to ship after payment. Please reach out for most accurate lead time prior to purchase.
Payment
We take most major credit cards, and PayPal. You can pay using the invoice link sent to your email. Orders do not begin processing and will not ship until invoices are paid in full. Any invoices left dormant for 30 days or more are void. We ship via UPS and USPS with tracking from Los Angeles, CA. Please let us know if you would like to sign for your package. If shipments are returned to Hadden Sharapov Art marked as unclaimed or refused, we cannot refund order or shipping charges. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Cancelation + Returns
Orders can be cancelled within 2 business days of placing order. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrectly shipped items within 3 business days for receipt. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived in the original packaging. Hadden Sharapov Art is not responsible for items damaged while in possession of client.
Custom Orders
If you are looking to commission an original piece of artwork please reach out via email. For certain works, Hadden offers color matching options. Please reach out to discuss your needs.
