Shipping Policy for Customizing Your Items
When sending us an item to illustrate, the customer will pay for shipping to our home office. Once final design has been approved we will start painting (1-3 weeks). When the design is complete, we will safely ship your new personalized item back to you to enjoy (we pay for this shipping).

Once you have purchased our item that you would like customized, we will contact you to discuss design ideas. Once final design is approved we will begin painting (1-3 weeks). Shipping Policy For Items Ready to Sale
All ready to sale items - meaning not customized items - are ready to ship upon purchase. When you purchase a ready to sale item, we will ship item to you within 5 business days of purchase. All custom items are final sale and returns are not accepted.
Rush Shipping Policies
Rush shipping is available on all ready to sale items, and may be available for certain customized items. Please contact us with your rush shipping requests for custom items before purchase to ensure we are able to fulfill your order to your needs. An additional charge will be applied to all rushed items.
Where We Ship
Currently, we are only shipping to the United States. If you live outside the United States and would like to purchase a custom or ready to ship item, please contact us at our Contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cost of shipping is dependent on the weight and size of each item when packaged and the USPS shipping method the customer chooses during checkout. To see shipping costs for a certain item, simply add to cart and put in shipping information to get an estimate.
